At BonSheri Designs, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, making every item truly one-of-a-kind. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, pattern, and detail are to be expected and are part of what makes your piece uniquely yours.

We take great care in creating and packaging every item and want you to love your purchase!

Returns

We accept returns on non-custom items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of handmade products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Final sale items

Exchanges & Store Credit

We do not offer direct exchanges. However, once your return is received and approved, you may choose:

  • A refund to your original payment method, or
  • Store credit for a future purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Important Notes

Because our items are handmade, patterns, color movement, and small details may vary slightly from piece to piece. This natural variation is part of the beauty of handcrafted art—and often means your item looks even better in person.
