Are your items handmade?
Yes! Every item at BonSheri Designs is handcrafted with care. From our resin décor pieces to our wreaths and seasonal designs, each piece is individually created, making every item truly one-of-a-kind.
Will my item look exactly like the photo?
Because our items are handmade, especially our resin pieces, the patterns, color movement, and small details may vary slightly from piece to piece. This natural variation is part of the beauty of handcrafted art and ensures your piece is unique.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. During busy seasons or craft show travel weeks, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Do you accept custom orders?
We occasionally accept custom requests depending on availability and production schedule. If you are interested in a custom color palette or design, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives safely. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many of our items are handmade and one-of-a-kind, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we will work with you to make it right.
How do I care for resin items?
To keep your resin décor looking beautiful:
- Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth
- Do not place in the dishwasher or microwave
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme hea
- Handle with care to avoid scratching the surface
How do I care for my wreath?
To keep your wreath looking its best:
- Hang in a covered or sheltered area if displaying outdoors
- Use a hair dryer on low setting to remove dust
- Use UV Protectant Spray to keep fresh/vibrant
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heavy rain, or snow
- Store in a cool, dry place when not in use; use a wreath storage container or large box to protect the shape and decorations
